My Friend Kate

Finding like-minded individuals, especially in business, can be a challenge. The professional world often feels full of people prioritizing personal gain over genuine collaboration. For me, it’s different—I’m driven by a desire to share, collaborate, and create meaningful change. When people with shared values unite around a common goal, the potential for impact grows exponentially.

That’s why my partnership with Kate has been so special. We share a clear vision: to empower individuals who face learning challenges to reach their full potential. Kate leads Blossom Microschool here in Calgary, while I run LIFT Learning. Together, we work to support and amplify our shared mission.

Recently, Kate has been helping me articulate the journey that led to the creation of LIFT Learning, as well as the guiding philosophies embedded in its foundation. It’s been an inspiring and fulfilling process, and I’m excited to share that we’ve already completed a few chapters. I look forward to unveiling this project soon!
